Harbor Care provides critical services—healthcare, housing, and veteran support—but their 25+ page website made accessing help harder than it should be. I streamlined their digital presence, organizing a dense, sprawling site into an intuitive, easy-to-navigate interface that ensures people find the resources they need quickly.

Using Figma, I redesigned the site with a clear structure, thoughtful user flows, and accessible design principles, making essential services more reachable for those who rely on them most. This project balanced functionality with empathy—because when it comes to housing and healthcare, the last thing people should struggle with is a website.
