HARBOR CARE


Harbor Care provides essential services across healthcare, housing, and veteran support, yet their 25+ page website had become difficult to navigate for the very people who needed it most. I had the opportunity to design a refreshed digital experience in close collaboration with the developer, helping transform a dense, overwhelming site into a clear, compassionate, and intuitive interface that makes it easier for users to find support.

Using Figma, I restructured the site with thoughtful user flows, accessible design principles, and a simplified information hierarchy to ensure critical resources are easy to locate. This project was a balance of functionality and empathy—creating a digital experience that feels as supportive and human as the services Harbor Care provides.
Because when it comes to housing and healthcare, the last thing people should struggle with is a website.
